How we can help
Contact us for app access, iCloud sync, membership, privacy, data deletion, exchange-rate, localization, or accessibility questions. Please do not email bank passwords, full card numbers, verification codes, or other sensitive credentials.
Account and data deletion
Open Cenvara, go to Settings, then Your Data, and choose Delete Cenvara Account. The app confirms the consequences before removing your private CloudKit ledger and local account data. If deletion cannot complete, no partial account deletion is reported as successful.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases inside Cenvara when an eligible subscription is not recognized. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed through your Apple Account settings.
