Data you provide
You create account names, institutions, balances, currencies, and ledger entries. Cenvara does not request full card numbers, bank passwords, verification codes, contacts, device location, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking data.
Optional transaction places and Apple Maps
You may enter a place or explicitly search Apple Maps. Search text is sent to Apple; selecting a result loads Apple map content. A saved place name and selected coordinates stay with your ledger on your device and in your private iCloud database. Places are not included in AI summaries. Cenvara does not request device-location access or send your transaction details to Apple Maps. Clear the place and save to remove it from the transaction.
Storage and iCloud
Ledger data is stored in a protected local file and, when iCloud is available, in your private CloudKit database. Cenvara does not operate a shared bank-data database and does not sell personal data.
Optional Cenvara AI conversation
Cenvara AI is unavailable in mainland China. In supported storefronts, data leaves the device only after you review the scope and start a chat. Cenvara sends currency totals, 90-day category totals, your chat text, and—only when you separately choose and confirm it—an attached image through its secure gateway to OpenAI. Images may contain visible personal or financial information, so review them before sending. Cenvara never asks for third-party account credentials or automatically reads your photo library.
Retention and deletion
Ledger data remains until you delete it. Delete Account in Settings removes the private CloudKit ledger, protected local copy, local Apple sign-in association, saved display name, and app-lock settings. Limited AI service and abuse-prevention records may remain under the provider's applicable policies.
Your choices
You can export or delete ledger data, disable optional app-lock controls, decline AI sharing, and sign out. Apple manages your Apple Account, iCloud credentials, and subscriptions; Cenvara never receives your Apple password.
Children
Cenvara is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their region. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
